Peter had taken the day off mostly, his head was pounding from the enhanced senses and really he needed a break. The scar on his left shoulder though was hurting all day, a warning of what was to come. Even with Isabelle's aid, he had a feelign it wouldn't be enough to avoid changing; if there was a way to do that. So really, the young man had been out here for a majority of the day. Within the woods were it was safer to change. Course there was still a good bit of time before the moon rose, there was still light outside but night was clearly approaching. Wouldn't be too much longer, course Peter was still foolishly hoping that today wasn't the full moon. He knew it was but honestly he wanted it to be some other time. He just hated it! He had nothing against werewolves but still....he didn't like this, it was making things harder now.
However his stronger hearing kicked in, resulting in him turning round. Searching for something that had caused a sound, the sound of something breaking in the forest. A stick? It had to be a stick, thus broken by a animal. However the scent was unknown so whatever small hope of it being Izzy was then washed away.
"Hello?" Peter called out, emerald eyes glanced about; even though only one eye allowed for sight.

Raffe was bored. Being cooped up inside a house did no good for the shape shifter, and he wanted to go out and stretch. Once again waiting for night time to fall, Raffe climbed down from his and Akeelah's window. As soon as he was down, he turned into a dog, smaller form, since his body had pretty much recovered except for the minor aches here and there. Raffe ran all the way towards the familiar forest, his forest. From there, he changed back into his bigger wolf form, roaming around for a while, playing with squirrels and rabbits before getting bored of that as well and turning back into a human. He was still only wearing a pair of pants, no shoes and no shirt, preferring this to anything else. He wasn't used to shirts anymore or shoes, they tend to get in his way when he changed, or maybe that was just his perception as his clothes tend to stay with him when he shifted.
He walked around the clearing, breathing in the earthy scent and listening to the calming sounds of the forest. Earlier in the month, he had met another creature, an elf. She was here, he was sure of that, but he didn't want to meet with her yet. He wanted to explore on his own and... What was that? Raffe looked around and frowned. An unfamiliar scent was in the forest, yet it also almost smelled like something he had encountered before. A human with something else. Sighing, Raffe walked to the nearest tree and sniffed it, definitely sensing someone else had been here before.
Raffe walked further, following the scent, as it got stronger, the shifter got even more curious. What was a human doing here? He was almost in the middle of the forest. He might be lost, or he might be hunting. But why was his scent different? Frowning, Raffe took another step forward but a twig snapped under his feet. He could feel the splinters digging into his foot, so the shifter stopped and took them out before the skin healed itself around it. Then he heard it, someone called out. Raffe stood up straight again and walked over to where the voice was, he could see soemone now. A man was here, in his forest. He didn't know his intentions, but he didn't want to startle this man into attacking him so he didn't shift. He walked out calmly into the clearing. "You shouldn't be here." he said, crossing his arms over his chest and raising himself into his full height, looking down at the small man.

Oh great...someone...very tall. Peter was startled, both by the man's height and their sudden appearance. Maybe they weren't human? Would make sense as to why they were telling him he shouldn't be here but...then he doubted it. This forest was a safe haven for those who could change form of the supernatural. This strange might just see him as a normal human at the moment. Raising his hand to his left shoulder, he tried to make some of the pain go away for the time being. He could at least try and manage that before the time came. Course, Peter honestly hoped that this man wouldn't be around for that to happen. He didn't want to hurt em, even if they were possibly supernatural.
"I'll be alright." Peter replied. "I'm not going deep in. I'm Peter Cornwall, and you are Sir?"

"You must be lost then, because this is a secluded part of the forest. No one goes here." he replied, still frowning. Peter Cornwall huh? Was he human or non human? It seemed rude to ask, so Raffe kept his mouth shut and just observed the man silently while waiting for his reply.
The man was small, probably almost the same height as Akeelah. He also noticed that the man's other eye was full, he was probably blind from that spot, but he was doing a fine job of hiding that. "You're not in your best shape, things... can be very dangerous here." he added, looking up at the sky. The moon was almost out, it was getting too dark too. He could stay and lead this guy out if he needed help and then prowl around some more. He heard rumors that wolves lived here too, wolves that weren't normal either.

"I've been here all day and I've been fine, besides I came here intentionally." Peter answered.
No one huh? Izzy always made a break for the forest, course she lived in the small town somewhere near by. So she had a easier time getting here than he did. His blindness in his right eye...that was something he overcame in his own way. He could still use a hand gun though he didn't bring it. The knowledge of what was going to happen once the moon was out was reason enough. Didn't need to lose that thing.
"You're the first to actually notice that right away, but honestly I'll be alright." Peter replied, a slight wince left him. "Besides, I already survived something I shouldn't have before."
It was getting closer and closer to time, god he hated this night already. Was this guy just gonna stay here? His fight with Guil...man he really shouldn't have survived that. There was blood everywhere, course he had scars from that too.

"Then you must be waiting for something. No one goes into this forest looking like that without them wanting something or escaping from something." Raffe turned his attention back to the other male, frowning now. Was this guy hiding something or from someone? Was he part of PIDA or was he someone being hunted by them, like him before?
"I think I'll stick around, I've known people who have said that but didn't turn out fine." He added, sitting down on the ground and leaning against a tree, making himself comfortable. He wasn't letting his guard down, on the contrary, being close to the ground can help him shift and move faster. He wasn't taking his chances, even if the guy looked innocent enough.

Yeah...something I don't want to happen but know it will. Peter thought in his head.
"Looking like what?" Peter questioned. "Just because one eye isn't useful doesn't meant, I can't handle myself."
Peter looked pretty ordinary despite it all, he was just wearing a simple jacket with a shirt underneath along with pants, and shoes. Though...he really should take em off. Peter was tempted to look up at the sky, to see if the moon was visible but he didn't. That would look suspicious. And honestly, he didn't want that. He just wanted to get this night over with but...with this guy here...great.
"Why? We've never meet before, so why would you want to keep a eye on me?" Peter asked, the pain grew slightly though it went away for now.
Slipping his shoes off, Peter stayed put. HE was wearing socks so he had something on his feet for now. Oh this was gonna be a rough night.

"I could tell you, but you would think me crazy." he replied, looking back up to the sky. The moon was there, barely visible but it was there now. The night was getting colder too, as a breeze hit him from behind the man. His scent had changed again, the other part of this man was getting stronger, by the smell of things. "You're not human, are you?" Raffe finally asked, sitting a little straighter. He noticed that the guy now had taken his shoes off, and he quickly stood up.
"What are you doing?" he asked, frowning. He was definitely getting ready for something. Raffe was sure of it now.

"Crazy...huh? I don't think so." Peter replied. "Used....to...to be."
The pain grew rather stronger quickly though he was trying to hold it back. It was a stupid thing to do but honestly he didn't want to change with this guy watching him. Really it just felt weird and he didn't want to hurt this stranger. Course he couldn't fight this forever, it was just how things went. A few ribs pushed forward, causing Peter to almost scream but he kept his mouth closed.
"C...Could you...p..please....l..leave?" Peter requested, his voice showed he was in pain. "I...If...I...I had a say..in..in this...I w...woul...wouldn't be....d..doing it..."

Raffe frowned as he silently watched the other man now. There was something happening to him, it seems. His scent was changing, rapidly too. The shifter's eyes flashed yellow, and stayed that way, shining brightly as he stared at the other man. He didn't reply, he just stared, trying to control his own instincts to change and growl in warning. "What are..." Crack! he heard the cracks of shifting bones, and suddenly, a large wolf occupied where Raffe had previously been. His fur was a lighter shade of gray tonight, almost white, and his eyes were two gold orbs, shining brightly. He stood there, rigid and poised to act if he needed to defend himself or restrain the other male.
Unconsciously, a warning growl emitted from Raffe's throat as he stared at the not so human man in front of him.

Peter closed his eyes from the pain and shook his head, he just wanted the guy to leave! Just leave him alone for this. Was that so much to ask? His ribs started to push out once more with a louder cracking due to it being more than one or two ribs pushing forward. Gritting his teeth, he opened his eyes as he glanced over at where the stranger was. Oh great!! Giant wolf.....lovely, he was doomed.
"Ju....Just g...go!!" Peter requested, though his attention was quickly put back to the pain.
Claws had appeared to take the place of fingernails and the bones started to visibly shift beneath the skin. Though, Peter could no longer stay standing and ended up falling onto his hands and knees. A muffled sound left him as more bones started to rearrange, resulting in his back arching due to the change starting there was well. A tail soon appeared behind him, mainly covered in grey fur, a pair of wolf ears appeared at the top of his head and they twitched a few moments before they lowered due to pain. His feet had started changing as well soon revealing large paws that tore through the socks that once contained em. A muzzle pushed it's way out with teeth becoming fangs and his size increased through the change, giving him another foot in height; which was most noticeable when he would be standing up on his hindpaws.
The clothes he had on were torn up now, the t-shirt he had under neath the jacket was gone. Though oddly enough the jacket somehow managed to cling to him, there was a tear in it in the back but it was soon ripped off as a large paw like hand reached for it and tore it off, throwing the remains of the ground as the large being gasped a few times. The fur on the top of his head; which used to be hair was still black though the rest of his fur is dark grey with lighter shades and white. For now, the newly freed werewolf was unaware of it's company as it tried to regain air and let the numbing pain fade.

Raffe winced at the sounds he heard, this change was not pleasant at all, and it didn't seem voluntary either. He looked around, running a lap around the being before turning his eyes up. A werewolf? So those were real? he stared at the moon for a few more seconds before the sounds faded. Raffe turned back to the wolf now in front of him and he sat down, knowing full well that the wolf was in pain and no harm to him for now. He would wait the strangers pain out before he did anything. It all depended on how the other person reacted for him.
The shifter yawned a little, very aware of how late it was now. He was tired, he barely had any sleep at all. That wasn't surprising, he never got any good sleep in that house. The bed was comfortable, he felt safe, but he wasn't used to not sleeping on the forest floor or up a tree. But he couldn't sleep right now either, or else he might be clawed or bitten to death by a rampaging werewolf. Closing his eyes for a minute, Raffe wondered what he would do now. He can't let this one out of his sight if he was unable to control himself like this.

The sound of the yawn was what caused the werewolf's ears to perk and twitch, resulting in the still emerald gaze to turn their attention to the wolf. Who was this? Searching through the only real memories it had accesses to, which were the ones of full moons past this stranger didn't ring any bells. At first the young werewolf stared at the company uncertainly, seeing what it would do. Apparently nothing it seemed like. Well they weren't causing him any trouble so honestly, what was there to do?
Giving a shake before rising to his hind paws, he sniffed the air to see if anything else was around. Where was she? The one other werewolf who was always with him during these nights, where was she? This was the forest so that meant she had to be somewhere. Though her scent wasn't anywhere near here, so the werewolf started to leave where it was currently standing. Paying no heed to the larger wolf.

Raffe opened his eyes once again when he heard movement. The werewolf had turned away from him and started to leave, and he couldn't have that. The large wolf stood up and ran, cutting in front of the smaller werewolf. Right now, it looked like he was an adult blocking the way of his pup. The size difference was massive, and it showed by the way Raffe looked down on the other creature. Would he be able to understand Raffe if he tried to communicate with him? The shifter gave it a try and shook his head towards the werewolf, clearly telling him that he couldn't go just yet.
The werewolf could be innocent now, but what if it smelled others? There was someone here in the forest that he would like to protect, and even more outside. "Bark!" That was the only thing Raffe could do right now, as he had no human vocal chords to even tell this creature that he can't go. All he could do now was prevent this guy from going anywhere.

A confused sound left the werewolf, it wasn't really a growl or anything near it. Just a sound of confusion, his ears reflected this as one slanted while the other remained up, emerald eyes kept their gaze on em. Why? Who was this wolf to try and order him about? It made no sense to him.
"WHere?" the werewolf requested in a rough and forced out voice. "Whe..re comrade? She not...here. I look."
Unlike Raffe, he had something of a use of his vocal cords of the human area. But it was hard, a struggle. IF that strange canine was here, then she could be in danger.
"Threat last moon, n..not again." The werewolf added before turning to walk a different way.
